Forced-Circulation Evaporator

ZQW single effect forced-circulation evaporator is composed of heater, circulating pump, evaporator and separator. The fluid is forced to circulate along a certain direction by external power (such as pump). The theoretical circulation speed can reach 2-3.5m/s, which can avoid blocking the pipe due to scaling or crystal precipitation. All parts in contact with materials are made of stainless steel.

This forced circulation evaporator features high heat transfer coefficient, short concentration time and fast evaporation speed, it is suitable for materials with high viscosity and easy crystallization and scaling, widely used for evaporation and concentration of liquid materials in chemical industry.
